Background

I am very interested in ideas relating to place and time, underpinned by a passion for contemporary music.

My drawing-led practice is in a wide range of media. Drawings, maps, plans and photographs underpin it and mix with free mark-making and ideas derived from music. It is closest, perhaps, to a visual suggestion for a new musical improvisation, or possibly hints at future sculptural directions. My work is often produced in dialogue, which opens new creative avenues and helps me to refine my language.

I welcome discussions about exhibitions, residencies, collaborations, commissions, and other opportunities. Please join my mailing list to receive regular news and updates on future exhibitions and events
