Collaboration: Playlist inc.

Since December 2023 I have been collaborating with Sabrina Rodriges, working together as Playlist inc, an artistic entity producing a range of two and three-dimensional, conceptual, virtual and physical artworks.

In this collaboration, Sabrina and I explored our interest in making to the sound of modern and contemporary classical music by curating a playlist of pieces on YouTube. Through thinking about, discussing and working to this music, Playlist inc. explore the resonance and dissonance emerging from their respective practices.

Playlist inc.’s initial artworks include: joint interventions; ‘call and response’ diptychs; works made in isolation but combined at installation; an ongoing YouTube playlist accessed via QR code; and documentation of its activities.
